ABOUT

HomeAid Southern Nevada was founded in 2004 to serve Clark, Lincoln and Nye counties
in Southern Nevada.

After the 2003 NAHB (National Association of Home Builders) International Builders’ Show in
Las Vegas, Beazer and Carina Homes donated two custom homes to HomeAid Southern Nevada to help
kick-start the chapter.

Bill June of Beazer Homes, Nevada Division, assumed leadership of the chapter and built HomeAid
Southern Nevada’s inaugural Board of Directors as well as hired its executive director, Kathleen Dye.
